Warranty

Our ink and toner cartridges are warranted for life; the warranty for dot matrix printer ribbons and cleaning products is for 24 months.
With your benefit in mind, confident in our quality, we also extend our warranty to your device while you use our consumables. If the device is damaged, we will repair or replace it.

ASARTO products have won the renowned “Consumer Laurel” award in the printer consumables category in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016, as well as in the “Discovery of 2013” category. The contest is the largest Polish consumer opinion poll. Members of the jury, which includes the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification (PCBC) and editors of the “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” daily, evaluate product innovativeness, marketing perspectives, and consumer buy-in trends. Just a handful of companies get recognised with the award.

In March 2014, the ASARTO brand was awarded an “EU Standard 2014” certificate in recognition of its rapid growth and conformity with the strictest European quality standards.
